Accommodation
We have secured accommodation at a number of hotels close to the meeting venue. Owing to high demand during the Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend, all accommodation must be reserved by 30th March 2012. Bookings and rates cannot be guaranteed after this date.
To secure your accommodation you must provide a credit card number. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel to secure your booking. Please ensure that your credit card is valid at the time of the meeting otherwise your accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
Resident delegates must comply with the check-out times of individual hotels and ensure that all charges are cleared before departure. Those needing to leave luggage on their first or last day can do so at the main cloakroom of the ACC Liverpool.
Rates are quoted per room, per night and include breakfast and VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.
