Workshop Welcome Reception
This will take place at the Merseyside Maritime Museum on Monday 28th May 2012. This is inclusive in the Workshop registration fees.
Workshop Party
This will take place at Alma da Cuba on Wednesday 30th May 2012. This is inclusive in the Workshop registration fees.
Workshop Excursion
An excursion to the Lake District has been organised for Thursday 31st May 2012. There is an additional cost of £58.00 per person.
Scenic Lake District - 0930-1800 hours
The excursion will travel to the Lake District National Park by coach. The Lake Districk National Park contains some of England’s highest mountains and largest lakes. The tour will begin at the South Lakes following the eastern shore of Windermere to Bowness-on-Windermere (roughly half way along it’s length), for a sail on England’s largest lake. The coach will then continue through the village of Ambleside and along the shores of Rydal Water and Grasmere to visit Dove Cottage, the 400-year-old home of William Wordsworth. There will then be free time for independent sightseeing in the picturesque village of Ambleside, before returning to Liverpool.
Prices are based on a minimum of 25 passengers and include travel by luxury touring coach, services of Blue Badge Tourist Guide, all admissions & visits described above and all relevant taxes. Prices do not included gratuities for drivers or guides, which are at the discretion of the individual travellers.
Joint Conference Welcome Reception
This will take place at St George's Hall on Thursday 31st May 2012. This is inclusive in the Joint Conference registration fees. This is not available for day delegate attendence.
Histogenetics Happy Hour
This will take place in Hall 2 on Saturday 2nd June 2012 from 5.15 - 6.15.
Joint Conference Dinner
A dinner has been organised at Aintree Race Course, home of The Grand National on Sunday 3rd June 2012. There is an additional cost of £60.00 (£50.00 + 20% VAT) per person to attend.
